PALLET WRAP
MACHINE AND HAND
- Pallet wrap, also known as stretch film, is a highly elastic plastic film used to tightly secure items on a pallet during storage or transport. It effectively binds the load together by stretching around the products and providing protection against damage, dust, and moisture. We stock many thicknesses in clear or black colour, suitable for either machine or hand wrapping.
PALLET PADS
A pallet pad, also called a pallet liner, is a flat sheet typically made from recycled cardboard, designed to be placed on top of a pallet to protect products from potential damage. This could include; pallet's rough surface, nails, splinters, and dirt. The pallet pad also helps to stabilise and separate layers of goods during storage and transport; essentially acting as a protective barrier between the pallet and the products that are stacked on it.
STRAPPING
Pallet strapping, or banding is the process of using a metal or plastic strap to unitise, palletise or bundle products together. Strapping prevents items from shifting on a pallet, which can be dangerous for employees & customers. Using strapping will ensure your items arrive safely at their destination. It can also reduce shipping costs by bundling multiple boxes into one parcel.

ACRYLIC AND RUBBER TAPES
Acrylic tape is a synthetic tape made from a polymer that creates a strong, permanent bond. It's resistant to moisture, heat, sunlight, chemicals and temperature changes.
Rubber tape is a high-quality packaging tape that is strong and adhesive, even at low temperatures. It's often used to seal containers that will be exposed to harsh environments or high temperatures.
PALLET CORNERS
A pallet corner is a protective piece of cardboard that is placed on the corners of a pallet to safeguard the edges from damage during transportation and handling. They prevent boxes from being cut by strapping and enhancing overall pallet stability when stacked or wrapped; essentially acting as a reinforcement for the pallet's corner.
POLY BAGS
A poly bag is a clear, flexible, thin plastic bag used to store and transport products. Poly bags are made from polyethylene, a common plastic. The most common type of poly bag is made from linear low-density polyethylene. Poly bags are used to package and transport a variety of products, including food, clothing, and other consumer goods. Poly bags are strong, water resistant, and inexpensive.
